Chris Thompson, the chair of the APWA Utah Chapter Specifications Committee, will give an overview of the process of how the Utah Chapter’s standard plans and specifications are updated and how they are intended to be used. He will also highlight recent changes to the standard plans and specifications and the benefit they provide to all those who work on public works projects, including municipalities, engineers, and contractors.
