The Great Salt Lake Chapter of Engineers Without Borders (EWB-GSL) is excited to be working with the people of Nyamvumvu, Rwanda to construct a water tank and pipe system and kiosks to distribute clean water to the residents. The current closest water source is an unprotected spring that requires up to a 2-hour round trip per day to collect water. EWB-GLS completed the design and has received bids to complete the project.  Because of limited funds, the project has been divided in phases. The first phase of construction is close to starting, but they are in need of additional donations to meet their fundraising goals.  Come learn more about project and how you can participate. This event will be offered both in person and virtually.
